This Disclosure Report examines the origin of dimensionality within the Unified Coherence Closure Framework. Standard physical theories typically begin with dimensional structure already available: spacetime, manifolds, fields, coordinates, metrics, or gauge structures. These starting points are powerful, but they do not answer the deeper origin question: what makes dimensionality possible before dimension itself exists? The report argues that the origin of dimensionality cannot itself be dimensional. Any attempt to explain dimension by appeal to another dimension merely repeats the problem at a higher level. A true origin account must therefore begin from a pre-dimensional invariant layer. Within UCCF, this layer is expressed through four seed equations: 0⁰ = 1, 0! = 1, infinity⁰ = 1, and -e^ (i*pi) = 1. These are interpreted as closure invariants of coherence emergence, identity closure, scale boundedness, and phase return. The Euler seed occupies a decisive role because it introduces phase, curvature, rotation, negation, and return. It discloses the condition under which unity becomes rotationally recoverable. From this gateway emerges the 3. 14d curvature-coherence threshold: not ordinary space, not a measured fractional dimension, but the curvaturesaturated availability of dimensional expression. Stable 3. 0d space is then interpreted as a closure-stabilized result rather than a primitive background. After this stabilization, SO (3) appears as the first rotational signature of stable spatial closure. The Questions This Disclosure Makes Visible 1. Why does physics begin with space rather than explain the availability of space? 2. What must be true before extension, coordinate, measurement, metric, or manifold can exist? 3. If dimensionality is explained by another dimension, has the origin really been explained, or only deferred? 4. What invariant conditions make stable spatial structure possible before spatial structure exists? 5. Why does Euler phase closure appear as the first gateway by which unity becomes dimensionally recoverable? 6. What if 3. 0d space is not primitive, but a closure-stabilized outcome of a deeper curvature threshold? 7. What if space is not the container of reality, but the first stable disclosure of pre-dimensional coherence?
