This disclosure report develops the circle as a primitive geometry of ontological disclosure. A prior report interpreted the circle physically: the center as particle or localized closure, the area as wave or resonant mediation, and the circumference as field or boundary of possibility. The present report moves beneath that physics reading and proposes that the same circle also discloses the four seed equations of the Unified Coherence Closure Framework. The center is interpreted as the coherence seed, 0⁰ = 1, because it represents nullity becoming unity through maximal coherence concentration. The area is interpreted as the Euler seed, -e^ (i*pi) = 1, because it is the domain of phase, rotation, harmonic mediation, and recoverable difference. The circumference is interpreted as the scale seed, infinity⁰ = 1, because it defines the boundary-horizon through which scale may expand while closure identity is preserved. The completed circle is interpreted as the identity seed, 0! = 1, because center, area, and circumference resolve into one coherent object. The result is an ontological circle: a single geometric disclosure in which coherence, phase, scale, and identity are unified. The circle is therefore not only a model of field, wave, and particle; it is also a model of how the seed tetrad becomes form.
