Pulsed field ablation (PFA) enables efficient pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) with a favorable safety profile,1,2 yet intra-procedural assessment of lesion coverage and catheter–tissue contact remains limited.3,4 The OPAL HDx mapping system (FARAVIEW module) projects “field-tags” onto 3D maps based on tissue proximity, but pragmatic tag settings and contact surrogates are not established.5 We explored field-tag-derived indices for contact assessment, correspondence with acute low-voltage zones (LVZs), and feasibility of a field-tag–guided workflow.
