In conditions of macroeconomic instability and rising cost of borrowed capital, improving the efficiency of cash flow management is a key factor in the financial stability of a commercial organization. This article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of cash flow management, as well as the analysis of their application using the example of PJSC SIBUR Holding. The paper substantiates the relevance of the topic, examines the main approaches to cash flow management, analyzes the financial performance of the company, and offers author's recommendations for improving the efficiency of cash flow management. The study demonstrates that the introduction of a systematic approach to cash flow management helps to improve liquidity, reduce financing costs and increase the competitiveness of the organization. The results of the work can be applied by commercial organizations of various industries and sizes.
