6 patients with ventricular tachycardia (VT) entrained by right ventricular apical pacing where the return cycle matched the VT cycle. Underlying diseases included dilated cardiomyopathy (n=2), old myocardial infarction (n=1), post-tetralogy of Fallot repair (n=2), and arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia (n=1).
