What is a force? Newton saw action at a distance; modern physics describes gauge symmetries and virtual particle exchange. Energy-Efficiency Theory (EET) provides a deeper, first-principles answer: interaction is the local topological modulation of the constraint network. This document develops the complete ontology of interaction from the generative foundations of EET Core Rules v6. 0, establishing the constitutional unification of the four fundamental forces.
