Classical collapse theorems indicate limitations in unbounded pointlike descriptions at high curvature. This preprint investigates regular black-hole cores by introducing a novel selection postulate based on information capacity and geometry. By establishing a constrained density interior, the study re-evaluates Hawking thermodynamics and the behavior of surface gravity. The research explores the conditions under which the Hawking temperature approaches a cold degenerate endpoint, providing an alternative perspective to standard singular models. Detailed mathematical derivations and geometric fluid solutions are temporarily withheld during the peer-review process.
