Total automation of technical, operational, and basic programming tasks by agentic AI swarms redefines the concept of human capital for coming decades. This document presents a prospective manifesto on Future Skills required between 2035 and 2050. I argue that traditional educational approach based on hard and instrumental competences will lead to massive and immediate labor obsolescence. Instead, I propose a conceptual framework centered on ontological, epistemic, and macro-synthetic direction skills, essential to lead labor symbiosis in the post-automation era. I argue Latin America must transform curricula today or accept permanent technological dependency by 2035.
