目的:探究持续气道正压通气(continuous positive airway pressure, CPAP)治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea, OSA)患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(carotid intima-media thicknes, CIMT)的影响。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献、PubMed、The Cochrance Library、EMbase数据库,Web of Science数据库,时间截止至2024年8月。将符合标准的研究纳入,通过RevMan5.3软件进行统计分析。结果:共纳入8篇文献,共269例患者。Meta分析结果提示CPAP治疗前后的CIMT差异有统计学意义(MD = 0.08, 95% CI 0.04, 0.13, P Objective: To identify the effect of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) on carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Methods: Eligible studies were retrieved from the CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), PubMed, The Cochrane Library, EMbase, and Web of Science from the establishment of the database to August 2024. RevMan 5.3 software was used for analysis. Results: A total of 8 studies involving 269 patients were included. Meta-analysis results demonstrated a statistically significant difference in CIMT before and after CPAP (MD = 0.08, 95% CI 0.04, 0.13, P < 0.05), indicating a significant reduction in CIMT following CPAP therapy. Conclusion: CPAP therapy effectively reduces CIMT in OSA patients. However, high-quality randomized controlled trials (RCTs) are required to strengthen the evidence in the future.
