Pedagogik madaniyat ko‘p qatlamli va integrativ hodisa sifatida talqin qilinib, uni shakllantirish jarayoni funksional differensiasiya, strukturaviy integratsiya va dinamik uyg‘unlik bosqichlari asosida tizimlashtiriladi. Maqolada aksiologik, kompetensiyaviy, kommunikativ, refleksiv hamda raqamli-didaktik yondashuvlarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi ochib beriladi. Tadqiqot natijasida pedagogik madaniyatni kompleks rivojlantirishga xizmat qiluvchi konseptual model taklif etiladi.
