PĹĂpad popisuje 90letou pacientku s nĂĄmahovou duĹĄnostĂ funkÄnĂ klasifikace NYHA III po chirurgickĂŠ nĂĄhradÄ aortĂĄlnĂ chlopnÄ bezeĹĄvou bioprotĂŠzou Sorin Perceval S v roce 2014 s pomÄrnÄ Äasnou (za 6 let), vysoce vĂ˝znamnou (AVA 0,3 cm2) a vysoce symptomatickou degeneracĂ bioprotĂŠzy s tÄĹžkou depresĂ systolickĂŠ funkce levĂŠ komory s ejekÄnĂ frakcĂ (EF LK) 25 %. Pacientka podstoupila v kardiocentru transkatĂŠtrovou implantaci aortĂĄlnĂ chlopnÄ ValveÂ‑inÂ‑Valve (TAVI ViV) s pouĹžitĂm chlopnÄ CoreValve Evolute R o prĹŻmÄru 23 mm s ÄasnÄ optimĂĄlnĂmi tonometrickĂ˝mi, angiografickĂ˝mi, echokardiografickĂ˝mi a klinickĂ˝mi vĂ˝sledky.
