Demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of catheter radiofrequency ablation for idiopathic fascicular ventricular tachycardia in a 12-month-old infant.
Idiopathic fascicular ventricular tachycardia (VT), which in most cases is sensitive to verapamil, is eliminated with high efficiency using radiofrequency ablation (RFA). In this case, we would like to demonstrate our experience of the effective use of catheter RFA in a 12-month-old child who suffered from frequent recurrent VT paroxysms accompanied by syncope.
