Paper CLXXVI identified the Chern-Simons-Kodama (CSK) state as the SU(2) ,→G2 projection of the framework ground state. Here we derive three additional consequences of the full G2 embedding. (1) Strong CP resolution: the factor 12 = 12 G2 roots in θgrav = 12π2/(Λℓ2 P ) counts the G2 positive root system. The strong CP prob- lem is solved by the same mechanism that protects Λ: both θQCD and θgrav are Weyl group phases of the G2 root lattice, topologically protected, and equal to zero in the ground state. No axion field is required or predicted. (2) Clay Prize mass gap: the Yang-Mills mass gap ∆= ℏc/r(Planck) T2∗ = mP c2 arises from the G2 non-associativity at sub-Planck scales, which is the same topological protection mechanism as the gravitational θ angle. The mass gap is the energy cost of a G2 automorphism at the Planck length. (3) θgrav three-era evolution: at the Planck epoch θPlanck = 4π2 ≈39.478 (Paper CLXXVIII); at the QCD transition θQCD passes through zero (fixing θQCD = 0 permanently); today |θgrav| < 10−10 (matching the experimental bound).
