Abstract
Summary The L. rhamnosus ‐derived 5′‐GACGTT‐3′ CpG‐DNA motif induces Breg and mucosal tolerogenic network modulation. It extends TLR9‐Breg‐mediated immune tolerance to the context of mucosal food allergy.
