Assessment of the histoiric background of the former Locke ceramic works, Shrub Hill, Worcester. The proposed development includes the conversion of the building to commercial and residential use. This is considered to be positive and will see a derelict historic building retained and brought back into viable use. The building will be preserved amongst the new buildings of the Sherriff's Gate development.
