Explores biochemical signaling effects on tissue regeneration, suggesting a novel therapeutic approach.
This paper presents a systematic biomedical protocol for the regeneration of tissues and organs through the decoding and artificial replication of natural biological signals (chemokines, cytokines, and growth factors) emitted by functional tissues in response to controlled damage. The method overcomes the limitations of conventional regenerative therapies by integrating an analytical strategy based on subtraction screening and stable isotope labeling, allowing the determination of the exact molecular signature required for guided cell differentiation without ethical barriers, utilizing induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). The patent application for this technology (BR 10 2025 019719 7) has been filed with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and, through this document, is made available in the global public domain.
