The "war model" of modern medicine isolates the human body as a discrete machine and reductionistically treats microbes as existential enemies, triggering a global surge in chronic, allergic, and autoimmune pathologies. Rooted in the "symbiotic contract" paradigm of Yuanxian Theory, this paper introduces a quantitative diagnostic metric to evaluate the integrity of the human symbiotic network: the Symbiotic Equilibrium Index (Sₛymb). This index is formulated as the joint product of the commensal abundance ratio, an immune miscalibration factor (TLRₛcore), and the sixty-fourth power of the physical fine-structure constant (alpha⁶4). A logarithmic transformation (Sₛymbₜilde) is applied to eliminate the cosmological scale suppression factor, facilitating direct clinical benchmarking and securing linear additivity for real-time tracking. We establish a standardized baseline framework (Zₛymb) calibrated against healthy populations, present a simplified point-of-care testing (POCT) variant for bedside application, outline a prospective longitudinal cohort validation scheme, and design an antibiotic stewardship pipeline to quantify microbial depletion. Furthermore, we analyze the structural alignment of the index components with the four fundamental laws of Yuanxian Theory and explore its deep convergence with the preventative philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine ("treating pre-disease"). Functioning as a clinical gauge for paradigm dimensional-elevation, this index maps high-dimensional topological equilibrium onto low-dimensional observable metrics.
