Digital HR practices combine with Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data, cloud computing and virtual platforms to enhance efficiency, decision-making and employee engagement programs. This paper, based on secondary research, explores the role of digital HR in modern organizations, with a focus on recruitment, training, and employee development. Findings suggest that digital HR streamlines talent acquisition, provides personalized learning experiences and improves employee retention. However, challenges such as data privacy, digital skill gaps, and resistance to technological adoption still persists. The study recommends that organizations should invest in digital infrastructure, ensure ethical data practices and adopt hybrid learning approaches in order to strengthen HR strategies in the digital era.
