Abstract Increased use of multiple choice questions on accounting examinations causes difficulty for the instructor who wishes to preserve the Integrity of his or her tests. To alleviate this problem, the authors present two BASIC programs which allow the Instructor to easily create multiple forms of an exam. Each form contains a different ordering of the questions as well as a unique ordering of the multiple choice answers within the Individual question. An answer key is provided for each form to facilitate grading.
