Tests velocity dispersion predictions in dwarf spheroidals, revealing structural inconsistencies.
Tests GCFT cluster κ-proxy extrapolation to 22 Milky Way dwarf spheroidals via velocity dispersion prediction. All three methods (Newtonian, proxy, CDN-162 κ_c) yield σ_pred/σ_obs = 0.193 — structural failure, not calibration error. The logistic proxy is bounded [0,1] but dSphs require κ ~ 3–3300. The κ_req–surface brightness correlation (r = −0.928) echoes the mass-discrepancy–acceleration relation. Theory debt D9 opened: galaxy-scale coupling requires new development outside the cluster domain. Pre-registers CDN-257 (rotation curves via SPARC).
