We apply the locked CDN-242 7-term cluster κ-proxy to 20 SLACS early-type galaxy lenses from CDN-331. The proxy was calibrated on galaxy clusters at eigenvalue λ ~ 17-25. SLACS ETGs sit at λ ~ 3, a 100× mass extrapolation. Result: INAPPLICABLE. The quadratic curvature term b6· (ln λ − ln 17. 5) ² dominates at low eigenvalues, producing κ = 1. 0 for all 20 lenses — a sigmoid saturation artifact with no physical content. Neither PASS nor FAIL can be declared. RDM remains at 0. 94 (pure ν). D13 stands: the ν-to-proxy transition requires a separate galaxy-scale mechanism, not cluster-proxy extrapolation.
