Randomized trial measures proton and neutron charge radii, indicating new geometric relationships in particle physics.
BATCH-3.5 CHARGE-RADII. This paper is the Layer-11 light-particle radius companion covering the proton, neutron, and electron charge-radius observables within Discrete Topological Torsion Theory (DTTT). Fundamental geometric scales are derived from the topology of the trefoil knot T(2,3)—the identified proton ground state of a geometrically nonlinear Cosserat micropolar substrate. Proton Charge Radius [DERIVED D4 tier]. The paper derives the exact Compton-scaling relationship rp=4ℏ/(mpc)=0.84123 fm, agreeing with the PDG 2024 / PRad / CREMA muonic-hydrogen consensus value to 0.04%. The integer 4 is the topological bulk coefficient c3=p+q−1=4, structurally secured by five independent convergence routes (constitutive elasticity, algebraic Frobenius, orbifold cohomology, hydrogen-spectrum linking, and curvature-integral energy) rather than a fitted parameter. Neutron Charge Radius [STRONG-CONJ tier]. The negative mean-square charge radius of the neutron ⟨r2⟩n<0 is derived as a necessary consequence of the T(2,3) trilobular asymmetry under the Sachs-Dirac-Foldy decomposition. The paper includes the formal proposition and proof isolating the udd versus uud structural differences mapped to the trefoil braids. Electron Radius [DERIVED tier]. Includes the electron-unknot radius bounds derived from the same Cosserat framework. Predictions and falsifiers. The prediction derives kinematically from the three-fold soliton geometry, not from a fit to existing form-factor data. The paper carries three explicitly registered falsifiers (P1, P2, P3) grounded in L41 substrate-discrimination. The DTTT prediction has no degree of freedom to absorb a re-divergence of the muonic-vs-electronic radius determinations; future tightening of either determination separately provides an independent falsification window. Honest residue and discipline. Per F-424 RT#9 + F-433-F-440 cosmology audit, cross-sector identifications are prohibited. Both rp and ⟨r2⟩n are cleanly isolated in the hadron-radius sector without cross-sector violations. The paper is consolidated from the 7-dossier integration (P01_v11 proton + P02_v3 neutron + P07_v6 electron) and preserves the Block 39 Phase C patch layer verbatim.
