Case report of a 34-year-old woman with GBS
Neurological examination, MRI, cerebrospinal fluid analysis, and nerve conduction studies were performed
Intravenous immunoglobulin treatment was administered after corticosteroid therapy proved ineffective.
Patient showed bilateral facial diplegia and ascending limb weakness with extensor plantar responses.
Cerebrospinal fluid analysis revealed albuminocytological dissociation, indicating a possible GBS diagnosis.
Patient achieved near complete recovery with minimal residual weakness after treatment.
