This paper systematically expands the Universal Equilibrium Principle based on the serial unified mathematical framework of SFL-EAI-01 to 04. With the state equation: G = G₀ + ΔGd (+) − ΔGd (−) and dissipation constraint: ε (T) = o (1/T) we define dynamic equilibrium as the core operating state of all stable complex systems: the system operating state G always fluctuates within a narrow range around the fixed baseline G₀, and real-time feedback correction offsets parameter deviation to control residual dissipation. Sustained long-term imbalance breaks the dissipation bound, accelerates quota Q consumption and triggers chronic disease or early equipment failure. This paper unifies biological physiological homeostasis and electronic closed-loop control stability, revealing the common quantitative root of chronic degradation in both life and hardware systems.
