Formalizes a principle for managing local defects in electronic systems, suggesting implications for stability.
On the basis of the G₀ fixed framework theory and unified lifespan model from SFL-EAI-01 and 02, this paper formalizes the Universal Equilibrium Zero-Tolerance Principle for local defects. Combined with the state equation: G = G₀ + ΔG_d(+) − ΔG_d(−) and dissipation stability constraint: ε(T) = o(1/T) we prove that stable complex systems cannot sustain persistent unrepaired local damage. Unremoved defects break the dissipation bound, make ε(T) fail to decay at the required rate, trigger continuous system drift, chronic imbalance and premature quota exhaustion. Biological immune clearance of damaged cells and electronic hardware/software fault removal are isomorphic regulatory strategies to maintain the dissipation stability criterion.
