Finds accurate MCQ generation and evaluation in a smart learning platform, suggesting improved educational feedback.
This research paper presents the design and implementation of a Smart Learning Management System (SLMS) integrated with Artificial Intelligence for automatic Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) generation and quiz evaluation. The system utilizes Google Gemini and OpenAI APIs to generate high-quality MCQs based on course topics selected by instructors. The platform was developed using Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQLite, and MySQL. Teachers can generate MCQs, publish quizzes, and automatically evaluate student performance, while students receive instant feedback and grading. Experimental evaluation demonstrated an overall MCQ generation accuracy of 92.1% across multiple subjects including Artificial Intelligence, Python Programming, Cyber Security, Web Development, and C++. The study also discusses challenges encountered during API integration and presents solutions implemented to achieve reliable performance.
