This theory derivation reveals the Schrödinger equation through a novel projection approach, indicating new insights into quantum systems.
From Rotor to Wavefunction: How Schrödinger's Cat Is Gone Version: 2.0 First public release: 2026-05-11 Current release: 2026-06-26 Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20119662 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org This paper presents the Quantum Traction Theory derivation of the Schrödinger equation as a projection theorem, not as a postulate. The laboratory wavefunction is the address-blind projection of a real-\(J\) rotor ledger with finite per-address capacity. The source equation is \[ J\,∂_Tρ = Hρ, \] and the laboratory projection is \[ Ψ(x,τ)=N-1/2∑ₙ₌₁Nρ((x,n) T). \] When the Hamiltonian is address-blind, the projection obeys the standard laboratory equation \[ i\,∂_τΨ = HΨ. \] The v2.0 overhaul keeps the theorem claim strong and scoped: conditional on the printed QTT axiom base, the Schrödinger equation is derived inside QTT. The release adds a scientist-facing QTT Onboarding section, first-public-release provenance, a load-bearing axiom and QTT-exclusive concept map, website deep anchors, an Artian's Universe statement, and concept-DOI-only internal citation discipline. The same derivation carries the QTT capacity constraints: \[ \|H\|addr≤ E_*, Qbundle=2π, Mcoh≤ m_P. \] Thus the standard Schrödinger equation is recovered in the laboratory regime, while QTT also supplies a built-in capacity regulator and a hard Planck-mass coherence ceiling. A demonstrated single coherent macroscopic superposition above \(m_P\) would falsify this QTT result.
