It treats the arrow of time, quantized Now, Time Drift, Time Tilt, address-time, A2 proper-time completion, high-regime twin deviations, retarded radiation, entropy, and cosmological growth as connected readouts of the same completed \ (w\) -address ledger. The central claim is deliberately narrow: QTT does not insert the thermodynamic arrow, the cosmological arrow, the measurement arrow, the radiative arrow, quantum timing, the twin-paradox asymmetry, or gravitational clock slowing as separate assumptions. It derives their common orientation from A3, the Law of Creation, and derives the local slowing of observable clock rate from A2, the Law of Endurance.
