This article presents a critical-propositional analysis of Dmitry Eduardovich Yashchenko’s Acta Universi: Emergent Spacetime from Entropy of Thought and Integrated Information (2026), in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity (TO) developed by Vidamor Cabannas and Denivaldo Silva. The study examines the convergences and tensions between the Acta Universi hypothesis and the modal discipline of TO, especially regarding spacetime emergence, non-locality, integrated information, consciousness, radiation-information, phenomenic elements, Inducing Effects, the TO cosmogonic theorem, and the cosmological Eras of the Theory of Objectivity.
