Objectives: To develop a smart appointment and token management system. Method: The study proposes a new appointment system and smart token management which is built on a single platform by implementing Node.js and Express.js technologies for the backend of the proposed system. The proposed system has MongoDB for data storage a web application built by React and a mobile application built by React Native. The proposed system is a secure and has tamper-proof method of appointment validation by using a QR code. Findings: The implemented system has shown a decrease in average waiting time by 30-40% and has increased the efficiency of counter utilization efficiency by 25%. Novelty: The proposed method integrates web and mobile platforms, priority-based token generation, intelligent scheduling, and QR-based secure verification in a single system, which has not been fully addressed before.
