This paper presents the Dairo Model (GCM), a novel deterministic framework designed to explain galactic dynamics without the requirement of dark matter. By re-evaluating the fundamental interactions of mass and space-time geometry, the model proposes a precise mathematical approach to calculate orbital velocities and galactic rotation curves. Through the application of the GCM, we demonstrate that observed astronomical anomalies can be reconciled using known physical laws and cosmic force distributions. This work provides a foundation for a new understanding of galactic stability and offers a predictive tool for future astrophysical research.
