Revision note outlines the withdrawal of T195 clock predictions due to uncoupled mechanisms and inconsistencies.
=== STATUS === REVISION AND CORRIGENDA (T282). ZERO new physics claims. The archive's first falsification-grade self-correction produced by its own audit chain (T280 tiering -> T281-pattern pre-protocol reading -> this note). CORE RULING (Reading C): the coupling of T185's anisotropic effective inertial mass to an internal atomic transition frequency was NEVER DERIVED; T195 asserted it in three mutually inconsistent forms; ALL T195 clock predictions are WITHDRAWN PENDING MECHANISM. Eight corrections consolidated (C1-C8). T280 entries -3, -4, -12, -13 annotated. T280-1 (Juno JEDI) and T280-2 (tensor-only GW) UNTOUCHED. Withdrawn is not abandoned: the note specifies exactly what a future derivation must establish for the clock sector to return. === DESCRIPTION (abstract) === Photonic Universe Hypothesis (PUH) — Revision and Corrigenda. ORIGIN: T280 (Falsifiability Audit, 10.5281/zenodo.21284571) elevated four T195/T185 clock predictions into its testability tiers. Preparing the executable protocol and outreach for the directional test (per the T281 pattern) required reading the filed mechanism verbatim and verifying its premises against primary literature BEFORE contacting experimental groups. That pre-protocol discipline — not external critique — produced four findings. FINDINGS: (F1) The premise floor "8.1e-22" is a mis-transcription of Aeppli, Kim, Warfield, Safronova, Ye, "A clock with 8e-19 systematic uncertainty," PRL 133, 023401 (2024), arXiv:2403.10664 — actual value 8.1e-19; the "400 billion x floor" margin corrects to ~4e8. (F2) The flagship instrument is itself VERTICALLY oriented ("vertically-oriented, shallow, one-dimensional optical lattice" — abstract verbatim), and the 2025 ratio campaign (arXiv:2512.21428) compared it against the NIST Yb lattice clock AND the Al+ single-ion clock (no lattice, no orientation axis) at <= 3.2e-18 consistency: under the natural apparatus-axis reading, the 3.1e-10 directional prediction is incidentally excluded by 6-8 orders of magnitude. (Recorded fairly: sidereal Lorentz tests ARE blind to a static local-radial axis — the filed "never deliberately performed" was true; the exclusion is incidental via cross-geometry/species agreement.) (F3) T195 contains three mutually inconsistent scalings of the same correction: eq (2)-(3) doubly-suppressed [GR x (2/9)(r_S/r)]; P1/P3 absolute [(2/9)(r_S/r) itself = (4/9) x GR, since GR = r_S/2r]; eq (15)/Theorem 4 bare [(2/9) x GR = 22%]. (F4) The absolute and bare forms are empirically closed independently of F2: an absolute shift implies an altitude excess of (2/9)(r_S/r^2)h = 4.9e-17/m = (4/9) of GR's 1.09e-16/m — a 44% excess excluded by the Tokyo Skytree redshift test at (1.4 +/- 9.1)e-5 (Takamoto et al., Nature Photonics 14, 411 (2020)) by over three orders of magnitude, corroborated by Bothwell et al. (Nature 602, 420 (2022); 7.6e-21). THE RULING (READING C): both surviving readings quietly assume the thing never established — HOW an anisotropic inertial response couples to an internal atomic transition frequency. Neither T185 nor T195 derives it; T195 asserted it inconsistently. All T195 clock predictions are WITHDRAWN PENDING MECHANISM; the doubly-suppressed eq (2)-(3) form is adopted as the conservative working bound (the sole form existing data permits), with no near-term prediction asserted on its basis. CORRECTIONS (C1-C8): C1 premise floor 8.1e-22 -> 8.1e-19; C2 T195 abstract altitude coefficient (2.6e-24/m) erroneous, body value (3.4e-26/m) adopted; C3 eq (15)/Theorem 4 dropped-factor errors — the 22% Juno excess and 11/9 clock-geodesy offset RETIRED; C4 Prediction 1 makes no prediction under the adopted form (GR directional = 0) — withdrawn; C5 Prediction 2 re-tiered NOT TESTABLE NOW (8.2e-22 vs 8.1e-19 floor; safe vs existing data); C6 Prediction 3 corrected 8.7e-9 -> ~1.7e-16 (bounding figure ~200x above floor, future-orbiter reachable; "13-billion-sigma" retired); C7 T161/connector radius convention stated (177.86 equatorial vs 171.99 volumetric-mean; T281 band 168-182 min unchanged); C8 DOI citation typo (T190 = 10.5281/zenodo.19562102; 19547389 is T189). T280 ANNOTATIONS: T280-3 WITHDRAWN PENDING MECHANISM; T280-4 RETIRED; T280-12 re-tiered untestable-now; T280-13 corrected to ~1.7e-16 (Tier-3 bounding figure). T280-1 (Juno JEDI coherent clock) and T280-2 (tensor-only GW falsifier) UNTOUCHED — the flagship test, its protocol (T281, 10.5281/zenodo.21296359), and delivered outreach stand exactly as filed. THE NAMED OPEN JOINT (return path): a future derivation must establish (i) whether a directionally anisotropic effective inertial mass shifts an INTERNAL transition frequency at all; (ii) if so, which physical clock axis carries it and with what consequence for the incidental constraints; (iii) what suppression enters (data require <= the doubly-suppressed form). Until then the PUH clock sector asserts no near-term predictions. This note rules ONLY the clock coupling; T185's mechanism and its other roles in the archive are not adjudicated. NOT CLAIMED: that T185 is falsified (its clock COUPLING is ruled underived — lesser than the mechanism being false); that withdrawn predictions cannot return (they can, with a derivation); any new physics; any change to T161/T281.
