Framework introduces a new approach to govern structural evolution in digital organizations, highlighting its strategic importance.
English Temporal Structural Governance (TSG): A Framework for Governing the Structural Evolution of Digital Organizations introduces a new governance paradigm derived from the emerging scientific discipline of Temporal Structural Computing. Rather than viewing governance exclusively as a mechanism for control, compliance, or operational management, the framework proposes that governance should preserve and guide the continuous structural evolution of digital organizations. The book introduces concepts such as Structural Continuity, Structural Integrity, Structural Elasticity, Computational Memory, Structural Evidence, Digital Capital, and Living KPIs, establishing a governance model capable of observing, preserving, and directing the historical construction of organizational identity, knowledge, and computational value over time. TSG is presented as a complementary governance layer to internationally established frameworks—including ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, Scrum, and DevOps—offering a new perspective in which digital organizations are understood as living computational structures whose long-term evolution becomes a permanent strategic asset
