정(pronounced jeong) underscores the importance of unconditional belonging for Asian American leaders who are grossly underrepresented in the field of PK-12 leadership. Where is the space where they can discuss and affirm their experiences as underrepresented and invisibilized leaders? This paper lifts up the experiences of seven PK-12 Asian American leaders that surfaced an empowering and liberating praxis offering another way of being and becoming. This collective praxis reminds PK-12 Asian American leaders that their 정 in the theorizing and practice spaces of leadership exists within a collective of lived experiences, asserting the significance of justice oriented Asian American leadership in the field of educational leadership.
