The Agri-Food Supply Chain (AFSC) involves a series of interconnected processes for delivering fresh food products to consumers. This study adopts a systems science approach to evaluate and improve logistics operations in a real-world AFSC context using an integrated Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR)-based Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) framework. Initially, the SCOR model is employed to identify performance metrics linked to economic, responsiveness, and reliability criteria, addressing both social and economic dimensions of sustainability. Then, the AHP technique is used to assess the relative importance of these metrics through multi-stakeholder input involving merchants, transporters, and consumers. The resulting weights guide a modified FMEA to identify and prioritise risks within the logistics system. Empirical analysis is grounded in a case study of Charoensri Market in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand, where fresh produce delivery processes are examined with stakeholder-driven data. Findings illustrate how the proposed framework can improve performance evaluation and risk identification for more resilient, sustainable delivery systems. The study contributes to logistics management by offering a structured, multi-method decision-support system that integrates stakeholder perspectives, practical metrics, and strategic policy relevance.
