I close the Descendancy of Physical Law by proving that the completed Chronoflux Atlas recovers one coherent Tree of Nature from covariant continuity. The Atlas contains 10 primary descendance tiers, 33 sectors, 437 branches, 5,400 path-distinct scientific authorities and 5,870 reader facing descriptions. I represent it as a finite rooted typed authority graph, quotient declared identity equivalences, and unfold every root-to-authority route into a canonical path tree. Branch convergence is preserved by stable authority identity rather than by erasing distinct dependency histories. The quotient graph is recoverable from that tree, andthetree isuniqueuptorootedtype-preserving isomorphism. The physical descent is then reconstructed in full. Primitive continuity supplies conserved history. Admissibility, Recoverability and Persistence govern every promotion. A future-directed timelike current recovers physical time. The positive kinetic Hessian recovers inertia as temporal resistance. A coherent phase-bearing branch returns winding, quantised circulation, the quantum potential and the selected Schrödinger regime. The principal response recovers Lorentzian geometry; the common stress and selected source equation recover gravitation. Persistent quotient identity recovers matter. Joint variational exchange recovers fields and interactions. The same hierarchy closes cosmic background, perturbation and observation routes. Across the sciences, physical knowledge is stable structural or observational inversion followed by held-out persistence. I distinguish structural completion from empirical occupation. Every Atlas obligation terminates in a result, selection, conditional statement, rejection or explicit boundary. Open leaves therefore remain lawful where their dependencies, adverse conditions and return paths are fully recorded. The remaining gates concern global topology, constitutive selection, classical Navier-Stokes persistence, carrier-response self-consistency, absolute coupling calibration, many-body and Standard Model completion, measurement outcome, strong-field matching and branch-specific empirical validation. The theory architecture is recovered; measurement continues within it. The Tree of Nature is, as such, the governed assembly of persistent recoverable structure from covariant continuity.
