Randomized trial establishes matter's persistence in local structures, suggesting profound implications for physics.
The completed Chronoflux Atlas recovers matter as persistent structure within conserved continuity. Matter is not inserted as an additional primitive substance. It is a finite-energy, localisable and recoverable organisation of the temporal and coherent fields whose identity survives lawful evolution. The relevant identity is not the equality of every microscopic coordinate at every instant. It is the persistence of a declared signature across the physical quotient by phase, gauge, frame and other non-observable redundancies. As such, the material object is the recoverable orbit, not one arbitrary representative of that orbit.Therecovery has four mathematical layers. First, localisation requires finite vacuum-subtracted energy, tight spatial support and an identifying density or stress distribution. Second, persistence requires stable evolution within the same admissible stratum, with conserved charge, topology or isolated spectral data preventing the state from dissolving into an indistinguishable continuum. Third, mass is recovered where a closed operator carries a spectral gap or where a stable localised defect carries finite renormalised rest energy. The collective-coordinate Hessian then returns inertial response. Fourth, a coherent charged branch supplies a gauge-covariant matter current and, in the fixed-nucleus electrostatic limit, returns the exact scalar Coulomb Hamiltonian, hydrogenic spectrum and scalar degeneracy. The paper proves a general persistence theorem on the physical quotient, derives localisation and topology certificates, states the exact mass and zero-mass boundaries, returns gauge-current closure, and carries the result through the exact one-particle Coulomb branch. The scalar atomic sector is closed within its declared domain. Spin, exchange antisymmetry, many-electron correlation, nuclear structure, Standard Model representation, observed particle identity and quantitative chemistry remain separate promotion gates. These are not weaknesses in the recovered matter principle. They are the precise boundaries between matter as persistent physical structure and the later question of which observed material species occupy each branch. Matter is therefore recovered as the resistance and organisation by which conserved temporal transport retains a local physical identity. A state is material where it is admitted, recoverable, persistent and capable of carrying finite energy, stress, charge or topology through the recovered geometry. The seventh descent is closed at that level as such. The observed particle catalogue and complete many-body chemistry remain downstream sectors requiring their own selectors, interaction data and empirical return maps.
