Framework defines time and cosmic stages, highlighting identity and spatial realization across domains.
The Invariant Temporal Ordering Framework V29/F9 presents the comprehensive governing synthesis of ITOF and is intended as its long-term foundational reference. It defines time as the universal ordering and succession of common cosmic stages in one common cosmic extension: T_ITOF = (S_C, ≺_C). Time does not denote matter, energy, a field, a force, a coordinate, a metric interval, a proper-time functional, a clock output, a moving carrier, or a causal participant in physical change. The fixed and irreversible earlier–later relation orders one common cosmic-stage domain shared by every physical bearer whose identity is then realized. The Cosmic Moment Axiom applies at every actual common cosmic stage, including the unique actual first cosmic stage. At each such stage, every then-existing physical system is present and undergoes its own bearer-specific positive physical realization. Unity of stage does not imply identical states, mechanisms, magnitudes, rates, locations, or observational outcomes. Each physical bearer has one identity-bounded physical history, H_A = (I_A, ≺_C|I_A, X_A), with one unique formation member and one unique ending member; one-stage histories remain admissible. Functional failure is distinguished from identity ending. Every attained non-terminal ending has a physically continuous outcome, but only identity-producing endings form successor identities. An ending may instead or additionally contribute to already existing bearers. V29/F9 integrates spatial realization, place, motion, local cycles, clocks, observation, remote records, historical reconstruction, prediction, and restricted empirical testing without assigning temporal agency to any of them. Place denotes spatial position, extent, occupancy, or relation rather than an independent bearer. Motion is change in bearer position or spatial relations, not movement through time. Clocks generate standardized physical records rather than measure time ontologically. Source occurrence, propagation, reception, record formation, reading, and inference remain distinct, and finite records do not automatically identify one exact cosmic stage. The framework is empirically accountable through bearer-specific identity criteria, validated record chains, preregistered restricted hypotheses, positive and adverse decision rules, and explicit counterinstance conditions for Universal Change Continuity. It directly rejects relativistic temporal ontology: coordinates, metric intervals, proper-time functionals, spacetime geometries, and clock outputs are not time as defined by ITOF. Predictive or calculational success does not transfer temporal identity. At the same time, any proposed ITOF account of accepted observations retains an independent physical and quantitative burden. V29/F9 is an author-issued, internally audited preprint. Its governing status remains subject to revision where a substantial new foundational issue, an internal contradiction, or a decisive physical challenge requires reconstruction.
