Phase I closure of KS-CAM reveals no physical estimate for coefficient ξ0, highlighting methodological challenges.
KS-CAM was an experiment designed to determine whether, in the transition from a quantum possibility to a stable record, a residue remains that a frozen conventional rival cannot absorb. That residue is summarized in the coefficient ξ0, declared in a sealed preregistration before execution. This report closes Phase I without an estimate or a physical verdict on ξ0. No null or adverse result was obtained: the decisive block was never executed and the blind was never lifted. The only procedural verdict produced during the hardware session was INDETERMINATE-by-calibration (Day D#1, 16 July 2026). The closure rests on a jurisdictional reason: a discrepancy relative to the frozen conventional rival would not, by itself, distinguish among insufficiency of that rival, an omitted conventional mechanism, protocol dependence, or a new physical ingredient. The closure is by annotation, not by repair. Four methodological defects diagnosed in the adjudicator (D-1 through D-4) are recorded and left uncorrected; the adjudicator is preserved as a historical artifact with no future normative authority. The valid archived outputs are the fail-closed methodology, the cryptographic custody architecture, the diagnosis of the adjudicator, and two permanent methodological rules (Q1, Q2). This record is published as a new version under the existing KS-CAM concept DOI; earlier versions and their historical verdicts remain unchanged. English edition provided for convenience; the Spanish source text of the closure record governs.
