GKSF provides a structured framework for KPI assessment in theological studies, highlighting operational definitions and governance.
The Global Kalam Strategic Framework (GKSF) Research Workbook, is a evidence-governed research instrument designed to operationalize the study of intra-Islamic theological convergence without reducing doctrinal truth, faith, salvation, or religious authority to numerical scores. The package contains independent English LTR and Persian RTL workbooks and corresponding user guides. Across 38 linked worksheets, it organizes fourteen conceptual pillars and 280 candidate KPIs into an auditable cycle for study definition, source and evidence registration, data entry, KPI charters, measurement, data-quality control, expert validation, decision governance, action planning, RACI ownership, Power BI modelling, audit, and release control. It includes templates for Delphi, AHP, CVR/CVI, and inter-coder reliability, together with controls for claim traceability and AI ethics. Missing-data and evidence-readiness states remain visible rather than being imputed. Version 1.2 is structurally complete and intended for scholarly review, teaching, study design, and institutionally reviewed pilot use. It is not an empirical dataset or an empirically validated scale; no real Delphi, AHP, CVR/CVI, reliability, factor-analysis, or pilot results are claimed. Any application requires context-specific operational definitions, baselines, targets, evidence identifiers, human review, and local validation.
