Demonstrates high reproducibility in structural medicine framework, indicating strong potential for clinical application.
TLMM Core v9.0 is the final integrated reference framework of the Transparent Ledgered Measurement Model (TLMM) Core for reproducible structural medicine. It unifies theory, structural measurement, empirical verification, and a governed pathway toward clinical translation, organized along a canonical seven-state evidence lifecycle (State 0 Concept through State 6 Clinical Translation). Each analytical cell is registered, executed under a locked protocol, independently audited, packaged as a reproducibility capsule, and anchored in a cryptographically verifiable ledger using SHA-256 hashing, Merkle-tree roots, ECDSA/Ed25519 digital signatures, WORM storage, and persistent identifiers. Results (five-cell pilot panel) • 5/5 cells verified (100%)• Independent audit pass rate: 100%• Independent reproduction success rate: 100%• Cohen's κ = 0.87• Cross-cell consistency: mean r = 0.97 (95% CI 0.95–0.98) These results establish Evidence State 3 (Empirical Verification Complete) of the TLMM Core framework. Scope note: Empirical claims are limited to the five-cell pilot panel. Registry-scale figures (for example, the target registry of approximately 1,256 entries) are illustrative of the intended architecture and are explicitly labeled as such. States 4–6 (Prospective Validation, Independent Replication, and Clinical Translation) are defined as future roadmap stages rather than completed results. This Zenodo deposit contains the complete reference paper (25 pages), the full-resolution Figure 1–20 set, citation metadata, license information, and supporting repository metadata for long-term preservation and reproducible dissemination.
