Verification framework enhances reproducibility and auditability in empirical research, promoting transparency.
TLMM v7.9 introduces an executable verification framework that integrates pre-registration, locked protocols, reproducible execution, independent audit, append-only verification ledgers, and open repository integration into a unified empirical verification pipeline. The framework operationalizes transparent, reproducible, and auditable research through a standardized lifecycle spanning Evidence States 0–5. This release documents the first verified cell (RC01), demonstrating end-to-end execution under a locked protocol, deterministic containerized execution, sensitivity and robustness analyses, positive and negative controls, independent audit, executable verification ledgers, and evidence-state advancement. The Zenodo package includes: The complete TLMM v7.9 manuscript (33 pages) Figures 1–26 Reference implementation Example execution outputs Reproducibility capsule components Verification ledger example Tests and execution scripts Documentation, citation metadata, and licensing information The repository is intended as a reference implementation of the TLMM v7.9 verification framework and provides a reproducible foundation for scalable empirical verification workflows.
