This framework establishes a verification strategy for 900 candidate cells, indicating steps toward empirical validation.
TLMM v7.7 (Topological Latent Manifold Model) introduces a Phase 0 pre-registered verification framework for systematically evaluating a 30 × 30 Mechanism–Validation (M–V) matrix comprising 900 candidate verification cells. Rather than presenting empirical findings, this work establishes an immutable end-to-end verification infrastructure before execution of the first verification cell. The framework includes predefined candidate-cell selection, evidence-state governance, scope contracts, analysis plans, registry-driven execution, executable integrity rules, sensitivity analyses, temporal and domain-shift stress testing, and an immutable verification ledger. At the time of publication: 0 of 900 verification cells have been empirically executed 1 candidate cell has been pre-registered 900 candidate verification cells remain unevaluated The framework explicitly separates illustrative, literature-supported, retrospective, and prospective evidence states to prevent overclaiming and promote reproducible, auditable scientific verification. This release represents the Phase 0 (Pre-Registered Verification Framework) of TLMM and establishes the infrastructure required for future cell-by-cell empirical validation.
