Demonstrates effective panel verification in community settings, implying improved reproducibility.
TLMM v8.0 extends the Transparent Layered Medical Model (TLMM) from the first verified cell (v7.9) to the first verified panel through a transparent, independently reproducible verification framework. The framework integrates a parallel verification engine, prospectively locked protocols and datasets, automated re-execution, reproducibility capsules, a cryptographically signed evidence ledger, distributed independent auditing, and a governance framework. Verification progresses through a unified seven-state evidence model (State 0–6), with every transition being evidence-based, cryptographically verifiable, and publicly auditable. The representative five-cell pilot demonstrates the framework using clearly separated reporting populations to avoid denominator conflation:• Pilot (Current): 3/5 verified (60%)• Pilot (Final, illustrative target): 5/5 verified (100%)• Historical Registry: 753/1,256 verified (60%)• Community Reproduction: 1,003/1,118 (89.7%) Roadmap-scale and large-scale verification figures are explicitly labeled as representative or illustrative design targets.
