Measurements of the reversible permeability for perpendicularly superposed induction have been made in tape-wound cores of Fe 40 Ni 40 P 14 B 6 amorphous ribbons. The results obtained show an increase of the permeability followed by a decrease, that reveals important magnetisation rotation processes in these materials.
