A 55‐year‐old woman with a clinical picture of deforming rheumatoid arthritis associated with serologic and histologic evidence of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is described. After 14 months of therapy with cyclophosphamide and prednisone, disseminated reticulum cell sarcoma was discovered.
