The Concept of Electrical Power Transit in International Economic Contractual Relations

The article examines the terminological problems of legal regulation of transit of electrical energy, analyzes the numerous definitions of the term "transit" reflected in Russian legislation, world practice, as well as the possibility of applying the concepts contained in international treaties. In order to overcome the difficulties encountered by the parties to contractual relations complicated by a foreign element, the author proposes a new term, reflecting the essence of the existing relations on international transit.
