Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical debridement combined with negative pressure drainage in the treatment of bedsore. Methods 110 patients with bedsore in department of surgery of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.Patients in control group and observation group were given debridement and debridement combined with negative pressure drainage treatment respectively. The white blood count,C reactive protein content and the healing condition of bedsore of two groups were observed and compared. Results The bedsore of all patients healed in different degrees. The levels of white blood count and C reactive protein decreased significantly in observation group when compared with control group. The curative velocity and degree of bedsore in observation group were better than those in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of surgical debridement combined with negative pressure drainage in patients with bedsore can effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction and promote decubital ulcer agglutination, worthy of popularization in clinic.
