Why the study?
More than 50% of children with CKD have uncontrolled hypertension, increasing cardiovascular and kidney failure risks, and may experience symptomatic acute blood pressure fluctuations. The authors aimed to describe patient and caregiver perspectives on blood pressure to inform patient-centered care.
