27 pediatric and adult congenital heart disease (CHD) patients, ages 1-28 years (mean 15 +/- 7), weights 7.8-104 kg (mean 51.5 +/- 26.6). Most prevalent diagnoses: Ventricular septal defect and D-transposition of great arteries.

Intervention
4.1F bipolar catheter-delivered active fixation pacemaker lead (42 leads implanted: 26 atrial, 16 ventricular)

Lead performance including implant capture thresholds, sensing thresholds, and lead-related complications, failures, or extractions at 90 +/- 52 days follow-upsurrogate
A 4.1F bipolar catheter-delivered pacemaker lead demonstrated stable pacing and sensing thresholds with no complications in pediatric and congenital heart disease patients over a short-term follow-up.
